Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

30-day money-back guarantee

Use the jar. If it is not right for your head, email hello@baldstandard.co within 30 days of delivery and we will refund what you paid for the product, even if the jar is open, used, or empty. You do not need to send anything back.

The guarantee covers the price of the products. Shipping charges you paid at checkout are not refunded. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

The guarantee applies to orders placed directly on this site and is limited to one refunded order per customer. Wholesale, resale, and bulk orders are excluded. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you as appropriate.
